BBA ADMISSION through Centralized Admission Process, i.e. via GCAS Portal, which is strictly regulated and centralized.

 

Guidelines:

• Registration: Register yourself with centralized higher education admission platform launched by the Education Department, Government of Gujarat, https://gcasstudent.gujgov.edu.in/Applicants/QuickRegistration.aspx
• Select colleges in order of your preference from multiple universities, courses, areas, colleges, and type of colleges (self-financed or grant-in-aid). Please don’t succumb to any claim by individuals or agencies promising direct admission or otherwise guaranteed slots outside of the GCAS mechanism is completely fraudulent and none of them can bypass Government admission portal.
• Students must bear in mind that there is NO ALTERNATIVE ADMISSION ROUTEs (i.e. management seats, payment seats, or NRI Quota).
• Merit-Based Selection: Students from different boards state boards, CBSE, ICSE, or any other, will be allotted admission on their 12^th result, i.e. HSC result.

 

Steps to Apply:

1. Visit GCAS Portal mentioned above
2. Register and create your candidate profile.
3. Select the BS BBA program and lock your college preferences.
4. Upload required documents as per the category that the student falls in (General, EWS, SEBC (OBC), SC or ST)
5. Track your merit status and seat allotment through the portal dashboard.
