At SLIMS my learning experience was satisfactory. I got an opportunity to enhance my presentation skills and, also got practical knowledge about Industry. From the institute, classes of communication and aptitude helped me to improve my skills and to get placed. The institute has good culture. Faculties are very supportive. It is a good institute which provides excellent facilities to the students. I will work with full enthusiasm and determination so that I can fulfill their expectations and contribute in achieving their goal.

Being a student of Som-Lalit Institute make me feel proud, as the Institute is an overall package of learning, personality development and knowledge enrichment. My learning experience in Som-Lalit Institute was very good. Faculties are very knowledgeable and experienced, which helped us to get the best out of them. Before joining Som-Lalit College, I was a reserved person. I didn’t have confidence to speak in public. My management studies of two years in the institute has changed me completely as a person. Various presentations, group projects, etc. have helped in building my self-confidence and have enhanced my communication skills. Prior to placement, we had mock GD and PI sessions in the Institute, which prepared us to perform confidently during the campus placement.

I am a PGDM student and my experience during these 2 years is very good. It has done great value addition to my knowledge development. Faculties are excellent. They focus more on how to make students capable enough to work in corporate world. Apart from theoretical aspects they also emphasize on giving students practical exposure of the field. The college provides us holistic training in improving communication skills, soft skills, advance Microsoft Excel training, special group discussion sessions, training for personal interview and arranging mock group discussion  personal interview. The most important thing is that advanced planning is there for training students for inviting company for campus placement.

The 2 years spent at SLIMS have prepared me to face the Corporate World. All the faculties have good experience in their respective field, which helped me to solve practical queries of my assignments and projects. The institute also prepared me for the interview process like aptitude test, GD and final interview, through various training and personality development sessions, that helped me to successfully clear the various round of interview confidently. I am happy to be placed with ITC.
